Where We Ship
We proudly ship within the United States. We ship to all 50 states including Hawaii & Alaska. Please contact us for a shipping quote if shipping to Hawaii or Alaska. Most of our selection of safes ship freight with curbside delivery. Safes weighing 100 lbs. or more will be shipped freight. Fifteen states have laws that require a licensed locksmith to professionally install a safe. However, locksmith licensing laws are only for commercial businesses so it is not against the law to install your own safe on your own property. You will be responsible to arrange for the installation of your safe upon delivery.
In accordance with state law, sales tax is collected on orders originating from California at the rate of 9.25% of your orders subtotal. We're happy to provide a safe and secure online checkout.
Who We Ship With
Orders are shipped with the following services:
UPS Ground - For smaller safes (under 100 lbs.) and accessories
Freight - Larger safes ship by freight truck (100+ lbs.)
Most orders will require the customers signature upon delivery. All orders shipped by freight will require the customers signature. Customers must be present to accept, inspect, and sign for freight deliveries. The freight company will contact you to arrange delivery at a time that works for you. It is essential to fully inspect the safe upon delivery while the driver is still present so any damage can be documented.

When We Ship
We pride ourselves on fast and accurate shipping ensuring orders are shipped within there estimated lead times listed on the product pages. Once shipped, UPS delivery to your door can take between 7-10 business days, but is usually much quicker. Freight deliveries can take 10-14 business days. Orders are not processed or shipped on Saturday, Sunday, or any major holiday.
Please check individual product pages for exact estimated delivery lead times on specific items. You will receive an email confirmation with tracking number once your order has been shipped so you'll know when your order will arrive. You can track your order at anytime by logging into your account.
